After the Conference
The Mads Clausen Institute had invited those interested in interaction design—design students, academics, practitioners and the public—to participate in a two-day conference on Interaction Design Research,
27-28 January 2005.
The program included keynote presentations by leading academics on the current state of the field of Interaction Design, student presentations and demonstrations of new directions in Interaction Design practice and education, and hands-on workshops of some of the latest design methods. Each of the two days was themed. Thursday's sessions focused on Interaction Design, while Friday's sessions addressed Design Practice.
